St Johnstone have signed Falkirk forward Jack Compton on loan until the end of the season. The 23-year-old spent the first half of 2011/12 on loan at Bradford City. Saints boss Steve Lomas is also set to complete the loan signing of Derby County's 26-year-old winger Lee Croft.
Aberdeen's 17-year-old midfielder Jack Grimmer has joined Fulham on a deal until 2015. The youngster made his Dons debut at the age of just 16 years and two months in April 2010.
Dunfermline have offered a contract to former Dundee United midfielder Mark Kerr but are waiting on an answer from the player who was most recently with Greek side Asteras Tripolis.
Celtic defender Josh Thompson has joined League One Chesterfield until the end of the season. The Englishman has previously had loan spells at Peterborough and Rochdale.
